We prepare students for CBSE/HSC 11th & 12th Boards + JEE/NEET/CET/CA Foundation Coaching (Optional) + Career Guidance Program. As a part of our offering in the Integrated Program under the Career Guidance & University Counselling Department we provide complete hand holding & end to end college to career guidance. We have an inhouse team of Certified Career Counsellors who have been awarded Career Guidance Certification to counsel students about their careers through International Certification Bodies.

Objective of Career Counselling:

Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions in a child’s life, and it is natural for parents to feel concerned or uncertain during this journey.The core philosophy of the Career Guidance Department at MIT VGS & Junior Colleges is that career decisions should be made with clarity, not pressure.                                                    

Every student is unique, and success does not follow a single predefined path. Through structured assessments, personalised counselling, and continuous guidance, parents are helped to better understand their child’s strengths, interests, and potential.

Parents are treated as active partners in the career guidance process. Open communication, honest discussions, and realistic planning form the foundation of every counselling interaction.

The objective is not just college admissions, but long-term career satisfaction, emotional well-being, and confidence in decision-making.

About The Counsellor

Mr. Yogesh Naagpal, Group Manager: Admissions & Marketing at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Higher Secondary Schools & Junior Colleges

Mr. Yogesh Naagpal is currently working as a Group Manager: Admissions & Marketing for MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Higher Secondary Schools & Junior Colleges. Additionally he is playing a Role of Global Career Guidance Mentor for Career Counselling Team at MIT VGS, Kothrud.

As a Global Career Guidance Mentor he has trained more than 120 Career Counsellors on student profiling, psychometric assessments, career mapping, and college & university counselling for both Indian and international education pathways.

Under his mentorship we have formed a Team of Globally Certified Career Counsellors who have been recognised as Cetified Career Analysts by Edumilestones.
